I was skeptical about the description stating to buy a 20†insert for an 18†cover but I shouldn’t have been! DO follow those guidelines as I technically ordered the wrong size, BUT I opted to just keep them because I actually only needed two so I use two inserts in each pillow cover. This creates a very slightly overstuffed pillow appearance (which I like, as it presents a nice fullness I otherwise wouldn’t get with just one of these). They come vacuum packed so they arrive VERY flat but fluff up decently with a cycle in the dryer (not super full, but okay for decorative purposes). If I’d ordered the proper size I probably wouldn’t be as pleased with just one insert in each cover. I like a really full pillow, though, so that’s personal preference. They seem to be good quality with identical measurements for all four, the seams appear well sewn, they perform their purpose well, and I’m guessing the water resistance is good because none of them have shown any sign of mold or mildew even after getting snowed on and later blowing off my porch in a thunderstorm & getting wet several times. I didn’t think to remove them from the cover to dry out because my covers are supposedly water resistant plus I sprayed an extra layer of water resistant coating on each cover. If I ever need to buy them again, I might spray these as well just to double-protect against mold/mildew just in case. At this price point, though, these seem to be a great value for the money so I’d be okay with replacing them every few years if needed. (In that sense, it’s like replacing a bed pillow which is a normal necessity but bed pillows cost more.) I use these on my front porch year-round, change covers frequently for holidays & seasons, and I am very pleased with them after maybe 6 months of use.

I've seen a LOT of reviews out here that are less than stellar for these.The only thing I can figure is you're not following directions.One of the options for fluffing these inserts (because they do come flat in a package with the air sucked out of them) is to fluff them in the dryer. I used this option. BUT...1-Fluff them by hand first2-Put them in the dryer ON HEAT for a FULL dryer cycle. Mine was 1 hour. Trust me, I know you will want to put them together quickly when you get them, but this step is imperative to get the desired result.As you can see from my photos, the inserts are very fluffy and thick.If you don't follow these directions completely, you won't like these inserts!!!

These pillows are so flat with barely any stuffing. They don’t feel like they’ll be water proof and are just really sad pillows. If ask for a refund but they came vacuum sealed and I’ve already opened them.

Just so you know - it doesn’t tell you anywhere on here (unless I missed it) but when you receive the pillows there is a small insert that shows matching sizes. If you have 18x18 pillow covers, then you are supposed to order 20x20 inserts, and so forth. I will have to exchange these for 20x20 now b/c my covers are 18x18 and the pillows don’t quite fill them out

At first, I was really disappointed because they were so flat. I put them in the dryer and they fluffed up perfectly. They are definitely not the most lux pillows… But I am using them only for decorative purposes! if you are going to be using them to lay on at all, I don’t think these are it. but if you are just simply using them for decorative purposes, these are great and affordable.

These are NOT 18x18. More like 16x16. Also very flat. The 18" square covers I purchased are too big on them and look ridiculous. Not thrilled.

Great seller. Great pillows. The pillow is smaller than cover as advertised. I got additional clean stuffing from an old pillow and filled a zip cover. No problems

These pillows did fluff after putting them in the dryer, but they are extremely lightweight and obviously don’t have much polyfill in them. I gave them two stars for poor quality.

Ces coussins même après les avoir mis dans la sécheuse tel que recommandé pour les gonfler ne sont pas assez rembourrés, ils ne sont pas vraiment confortables . Je les ai retournés pour acheter un autre modèle.

quick delivery. very well packaged to avoid damage. easy to follow instructions although dpoes not give time for dryer.. . fit very well inot my cushions would definitely recommend and buy again
