This propane torch works great. I use it around the house to burn weeds. Flame is not as big as others I've used, but still adequate to do the job. Would purchase again.

This is perfect for weeding in the garden or around the house. It's the perfect size without being overkill or underwhelming. I tried torches bigger and it was wayyyy to much fire, the smaller ones took too much time and effort to burn the weeds. This thing makes work easy and burns hot, it's also a very controlled flame. I like that I't has a pressure valve on it too for safety. Don't be fooled and buy one of these higher btu torches because they are cheaper... Sometimes more is not better. The higher btu torches are ridiculous, wayyyy to much flame to the point where it's just not safe.

works great, maybe opt for one with a built in igniter as its a little annoying looking for something to light it with. the included igniter sucks ass, it half works and your hands a little closer than id like to light it but maybe im just being a weeny. the product itself works great though, its adjustable and just works

I use this torch to burn the cobwebs from the underside of the eaves around my house. It only takes a split second to burn the webs and kill the spiders so there's very little risk of igniting the wood. However, I do have a garden sprayer filled with water close by just in case. It's also very good at burning the weeds in the joints and crevasses of my paver stone walkways.

After looking at what was available I noticed most weed torches were either around 25k btu, or 500k. I watched some videos of the larger ones, and while it looked fun, it wasn't practical for what I needed. The smaller ones seems like glorified lighters on a stick. So I went with this size and am glad that I did. I was worried about burning shrubs and things I wanted to keep alive nearby. Using a baking sheet and this torch has gotten me good results.Build quality seems good. No leaks, fired up easily with the starter. Push button would have been nice, but reviews seem to show this is the first thing to stop working. Handle is covered in rubber and plastic which has a nice feel to it. Adjustment knob isn't too sensitive. I also like that this comes with a regulator, and should cut flow if rate exceeds normal use.It takes me about 45 minutes to clear an 8x16 area sprouting with grass and weeds that I am prepping for mulch. Yes they tend to grow back, but less each time and noticeably weaker. After a few rounds it is nearly ready to cover with mulch. I decided to try this method since I have been constantly pulling weeds and grass from the other side of the house that I just tilled and covered.

Works great and I'm happy not to be using herbicides to kill weeds on my property. It's funny that the far more powerful 500,00 BTU torch was cheaper than this 100,000 unit, but I figure I'm not burning through propane as fast and it really does work well for I need it for, basically spot-weeding.

Does a great job getting rid of weeds. Better than breaking your back without it . Handle is long, no bending. Did a GREAT amount of work on a 20 gallon tank.

I have now used the product on a large gravel area with grass and other weeds growing. The burner was very effective in killing off all of the plants. I am also using it to clear grass along a fence line around my property and it has been very effective here as well. It comes with a POL fitting and I used a 3/8LH to POL adaptor on a 4kg cylinder with the Flame King backpack...very easy to use. When using along a fence line have some water available to control the fire created.
