Item arrived in a timely manner and and was decently packaged.They arrive in 4 different packages and are rather large. UPS of course left it at my door. The boxes did take some damage but I saw no visible damage to the set.This item did not come with any instructions, but luckily it is pretty easy to figure out. One person can easily in my opinion figure it out and assemble it. But it is a bit heavy due to the solidness of the pieces and you have to be wise about lifting.We are happy with the outcome but three things would make things nicer1. Include instructions2. It would have been nIce to be able to flip the table and enjoy either the black or mahogany.3. Some adjusters to cure the minor wobbling would have been cool (yes she does wobble a bit)

My table and chairs arrived on time, upon opening the packages I realized there was no hardware or directions to put the table together and I was also shorted 4 screws to attach the cushions to the chairs. I contacted the seller (Noteworthy Goods) who responded in a very timely manner and stated that they would have the hardware and directions shipped immediately. I waited a week then posted a bad review and received an email stating that they requested tracking on the hardware package and that Flash Furniture stated they had sent on the 18th of February. A couple of days later I received another email from Noteworthy Goods stating that they received the tracking and that the parts hadn't been sent out until the 22cnd of February and that I would receive them today. Well I received a package today from Flash furniture that only included 9 screws........not what I needed. I need the directions and the wing nut or nut that attaches the base of the table to the pole that attaches to the table top. The screws I received are too long to even attach the table top to the base. I am extremely disappointed......this table and chairs has been in pieces for the last almost two weeks. I expected to get what I requested as far as the hardware and directions are concerned and I was very specific in my email to the company (Noteworthy Goods) about what was missing and what I needed in order to put the table together. I am extremely unhappy with this company and the service I have received. I mean when you pay $300 dollars for a table and chair set and $64 dollars for shipping and handling and don't receive the parts you need after corresponding with the distributor it's very upsetting. I would not recommend that anyone buy anything from Flash Furniture unless they want an incomplete order and pieces of furniture without the hardware that is unusable.

Not very happy with product. The table top was damage from chipping and the screws it comes with it are to cheap and they broke when Assembly was happening so now I'm trying to get this taking care of but it may take a while do to the manufacture having first a complain. I might end up returning it. Love the chairs no doubt

All buyers of this product should be advised that the manufacturer does not support or stand behind their product. After we put together the table set we discovered a simple part was missing.We contacted the manufacturer and were told they will not send a replacement part to us.The part probably cost no more than a few dollars. Now we have a table that we cannot put together.As we are a non profit charity this is a serious waste of our limited funds.Caveat Emptor - Let future buyers beware.

no instructions, but easy to assemble. missing 2 screws but can do without. table is a little wobbly but otherwise good table, stools are pretty comfortable and the set up looks great.

Overall product is great. My only complaint is that the base could be heavier; I have the table on carpet and it wobbles slightly.Easy assembly, took about 30 mins.
