Table and chairs arrived in perfect condition; table with unattached legs in one box, four chairs in another.The paint is beautiful and flawless. Though, since it's made in China, some others may wonder if it's lead based with a mercury and asbestos undercoat/primer. ;)The table (top and legs) are more substantial than I expected. I believe that even with some abuse it will hold up well over time.For some reason the chairs look small but they are the correct height and are comfortable. I'm not a small guy, 5' 7" & 220 lbs, and I can't see these chairs having any issues, ever. The chairs are all welded with no hardware of any kind.The only assembly required is to attrach the legs and it's super-easy! Each leg is held on with three 1/2" diameter hex-head bolt. Each bolt threads into a captured (tap welded) nut. The hex wrench is included. I'd suggest leaving the table top upside down in the opened box while attaching the legs to reduce the chance of scratching the top.Regarding the unnecessary but hilarious instructions. I was SHOCKED, I tell you SHOCKED, to learn from the instructions that I should "NEVER BUMP OR WAVE THE PRODUCT FIERCELY" nor should I ever "WIPE THE PRODUCT WITH A DAMP CLOTH OR HARD THINGS".Why, why was this information not provided in the product description?! Had I known of these restrictions I might not have made the purchase. ;)It's a great table for me and my needs; I'm glad I ordered it.

The chairs look great. They are stable and decently heavy weight. The table is likewise solid. I expected "cheaper materials" based on the pricepoint.Unfortunately like several customers buying these tables in across the sizes, mine arrived damaged and without hardware. Amazon ships it in the manufacturers box with no additional protection so YMMV. The two stars is because in my opinion Amazon has enough review to know to change the packaging or to address with the manufacturer.Amazon's atypical response was for me to contact the manufacturer in China (with no info on who the manufacturer actually was) or return the item ( hard to do when the packaging itself was ruined). Ultimately I found the hardware at a big box store.

The chairs were packaged well and well protected, no issues.The table top was only protected on edges.The top of my metal table has 3 or more dents!!!Keeping and not returning because we really need it right now. But I am extremely discouraged and annoyed.Other than that it is beaustiful product and sturdy. Needs to be better protected.

Arrived without hardware! Otherwise it's heavy duty and will work great once I can actually assemble it.
