I arrived at my Arizona home to high temperatures. I was able to hang on my deck and with my ceiling fan, I was able to effectively beat the heat. I installed a shut off valve at the connection. I now have a little paradise on my deck.

I got this to provide mist for our chickens during a blistering Southern California heat wave this summer. This mister was easy to set up and to place into position. The area covered by the mister, about a 10 by 10 foot area, was measurably cooler and brought relief. I'll order more for my patio!

The part that screws into the water hook up is not in the kit, part of the quick release mechanism is not there! Not sure if I’m supposed to go to the hardware store to try and match the part. The pix shows everything I received.

The Flex Cobra portable misting sprinkler from the Funjee store arrives coiled in a plain white box. There are no photos or instructions from the manufacturer included. (You really don't need them, it's simple and obvious to use but from an advertising or gift standpoint, it'd be nice to have something from the maker.)The flex mister is a little over 6' long and is made from aluminum tubing with a heat shrink coating to inhibit rusting and prevent cracking. It comes with a connector for a 3/4 inch thread hose or a quick connect to attach directly to the faucet. (The two pieces come together and can be unscrewed.)It has two end water outlets which make a nice misting spray that covers a surprisingly wide area once it is caught in the breeze. You just coil, uncoil or shape the mister to aim where you would like it to go.While I was testing it for review, I just had the bottom portion in a single arc and it stayed in place with just the weight of the attached water hose.Simple and easy to use. My only reason for not giving it a full five stars is that I don't want to overestimate the longevity of the coated aluminum. For my use, I'll probably not be coiling and uncoiling or reshaping often, if at all, so I can see it lasting for several seasons. YMMV if you move it around a lot.

My mother unknowingly put the water hose to it and placed the pressure too high and it popped the top of the mister. I only got a few uses out of it before that happened.
