Designed to take you confidently through varied slopes, the Tubbs Flex RDG Snowshoe is the all-mountain snowshoe that cruises through the entire season's trail conditions. Flex tail technology lets you roll through your foot for a natural stride, while the advanced Torsion Deck allows for multi-directional articulation throughout the body of the snowshoe for comfort and traction on uneven surfaces. The side rails feature 3D Curved Traction Rails to bite into hardpack or ice as you traverse a slope, and a moderate heel lift of 16 degrees gives you a slight boost for ascending a hill without putting extra strain on your ankle and is easy to flip down when things flatten out. The Boa Closure System integrates the heel strap into the binding, so you can obtain a precise fit with a simple turn of the dial.

Great on trails or semi-groomed areas. They are good for most all weights BUT not great for deep, fresh snow if. You are on the heavier side. I know some of the recommendations say the weight limit is somewhere d 170lbs under load, but Tubbs website indicates there is no true weight limit - but probably if you expect to be in deep snow the 170lb limit is more accurate. The great things are they are very light weight themselves and have wonderful traction/grippers and I have yet to slip using these whether on icy trails or steep hills. I have not used the heal lifts as they are very hard to get back down and for the shorter climbs I’ve done so far, it just doesn’t seem necessary. Overall, I love them, but the float is somewhat less than you might want if you are in deep snow frequently.

I’ve had a pair of Tubbs for more than 20 years. I have put hundreds of miles on my pair. I use them in steep terrain and many years ago one of the bindings broke. Tubbs over nighted a replacement. Such an awesome company.

Elles sont légères, étroites et, surtout, elles s'attachent facilement. Je déteste faire de la raquette, mais elles m'ont permis de faire de belles ascensions en montagne avec confort. Par contre, j'ai hâte de voir la solidité du fil utilisé pour fixer le pied avec le temps.

低山ハイクに使用脱着がとても簡単だしとにかく軽くて歩きやすい。冬山での脱着は楽にこしたことはないと思います。少しスリムな為か初スノーシューでしたがつまづくことなくすいすい歩けた。登りもヒールリフターを利用してなんなく歩けるし、下ろすとき少し硬く感じたが斜め後ろに引いて下げれば簡単　1度やればでコツがつかめます。ザックに取り付ける際、ビンディングにボリュームがありますがザックの外につけるので私はあまり気になりませんでした。スノーシュー初購入で他社製品と比較して悩みましたが、お値段以上大満足です。
