Reinforced Compound Diamond Technology (RCD)

RCD process is a new concept and invented technology of diamond segment production.
The purpose of RCD product is to make high density diamond segment which keeps the high density diamond grains very strongly through the molecular sintering method.
RCD grain is compounded of possible maximum diamond concentration and minimized bonding metal matrix and the used metal matrix involves very hard metal particles and alloy powders.
RCD segment shows excellent diamond keeping ability with high durability against impact and abrasion.
The grinding performance is also excellent and grinded surface is very smooth even though diamond concentration is unreasonably high.

Arbor Hole : 7/8"
Grit size : Coarse #35
Sandwich Type body : Steep + Rubber + Steel Material : Diamond

They did an excellent good job and seem to last pretty well also. I have used these more to do some light grinding and weld prep. They seem to have a good life. I will order more.

I have purchased the 5" and 7" sizes. They are great for detail grinding. Standard diamond grinders can leave gouges in concrete. These discs quickly remove material but leave a nice finish. They have a little flex, which is great for uneven surfaces.

It did a great job, while it lasted, which wasn't long. I used it to do the bulk of smoothing a rock wall I made for my daughter, before moving to finer grit diamond polishing pads. I really don't have much to compare it to, but for $35, I expected it to last through the project. It did last longer than some $10 flap discs, but I still have some more to do and the grinding parts have worn down to bare, shiny metal. I kept water running on it, so I don't think heat was the issue. The wall is only about 2 sheets of plywood. I'm not likely to buy another, given the performance of this one.

I use this disc for stone sculpting and am currently using it on white marble. Cuts great. Good for both taking the meat off as well as a little bit of detail work. I've been using the disc now for one month and it is still sharp. I recommend this disc to anyone in the stone working community.

I read the reviews. The one with the pictures of a worn out disc stating it lasted 5 min, I thought... Nah, someone was just leaning into it too hard... So I ordered 12 to do a job. Mistake. The attached picture it's what's left of one of these things after 1 6.3ah battery worth of work on an angle grinder on thinset. Not granite or cast iron, thinset. I let the grinder do the work and didn't lean into it a bit (side handle not ever installed). Make your own decision.

Exelent grinding wheel. Smooth feel when you use it and generates very low noise while grinding concrete or metal.I use it this time for grinding on concrete floor to make a rock edges looking. No wear of signs yet. I highly recommend this diamond wheel. It worth the money believe me.

Not flexible in the slightest. Unless, like someone else said...it has to heat up? Just got it & not flexible oit of the box. Haven't used it yet tho.
