I love this little garden cart! It is sturdy and has room for stuff in its basket under the seat, whether tools or trimming remnants. However, I would not recommend this for a large or very large person! It would hold that large person's weight OK, but the seat might be too small for them. If you are rather large, you need to check the cart's dimensions before ordering and decide whether you could fit onto the seat OK. I also have some suggestions to improve the assembly instructions:1. In Step 1, the diagram shows inserting the bolts (H) into the holes from the inside of the basket floor, with the nuts fastened on the outside of the basket. However, this leaves the somewhat jagged ends of the bolts outside, where they can snag or even cut your legs. Rather, you should insert the bolts from the outside of the cart, with the nuts fastened on from the inside of the basket floor. This way, the ends of the bolts won't protrude out to snag or cut. Also, leave the bolts and nuts rather loose in Step 1, since otherwise you will have to loosen them up again in Step 2.2. In Step 2, if you don't leave the bolts and nuts in Step 1 loose, you will have to untighten them in Step 2. This is because the sides (E) are made a bit too large to just slip in. Once you have slipped in the sides, then you can tighten all the bolts and nuts from Step 1, as well as in Step 2. All the rest of the instructions worked well for me without further modifications. I have a bad knee which tends to collapse when standing without moving. So now I can water my desert plants and do trimming while sitting down on this cart. And moving it around is super easy. Great product!

It really is simple to put together. I like the fact that I can carry what I need for my gardening. Also, I can lower the top to sit on it. I got this gift for a friend who is in her 90s and she just loves the fact that its light for pulling and can hold her garden tools or whatever she needs for gardening and can sit while she prunes her bushes and flowers with ease.

I have a large garden cart, but was looking for a small one to take hand tools, small plants, seeds, etc to my garden which is about 50+ feet from the house. This cart is perfect for my purpose. It is metal with solid rubber wheels - nothing plastic here, which was not the case with similarly priced wagons. After reading some of the reviews...(1) yes it is small - check the dimensions to make sure it will work for you; (2) the wheels are fixed so don't rotate for easy turning, but the cart is so small that I did not find this a big issue, (3) some folks mentioned that the handle was way too short??? The handle is attached to the lid (seat) which is hinged. If you open the lid, the handle is at a perfect height for pulling. Can't see any reason why you would try to pull this with the lid closed, and (4) the seat is a very thick foam pad attached (sticky-backed) to metal slats on the seat. However, when you open it, the areas of the foam not in contact with the slats are also sticky ( I realized this when some of the plastic packing material stuck to it while unpacking) I see this as gathering all manner of leaves, dirt, etc and will probably cover those areas with some material.Assembly was pretty straightforward, although I'm really not a fan of diagram only instructions. The parts are metal and very sturdy. The enclosed tiny wrench was useless. I used a vice grip and screwdriver. The Allen wrench was useful. Do not tighten all bolts before installing the sides---you will need a little wiggle room to accomplish this (A few words would have helped!) I also did Step 5: installing wheels before Step 4: attaching the lid/seat. The instructions have you installing the wheels while the cart is in the upright position? Much easier to turn the cart over (w/o the lid), install the wheels, then attached the lid/seat. I don't like using the "age card", but sometimes it is useful. I am a female, 75+ and assembled it without help. All in all this is a very sturdy cart and a good value for the price. I would highly recommend.

Months after my hip surgery I needed a garden work seat at the right height, so I can bend down to the ground with ease.So glad I found this one. Sturdy!I l like the rubber wheels, can sit on the side or the front of the seat. Took husband 15 mins to assemble, he likes the quality, The "smoke " like smell comes form the hard rubber wheels. No problem, I store it in a shed. The only issue we got is ~ the all bottom surface of the foam seat is glued on with the sticky glue to the seat frame ~ that also serves as the "ladder" like handle..... 50% STICKY exposed bottom seat surface in the "ladder"handle IS EXPOSED TO DUST, DIRT, BUGS..... We are working on how to solve this ONLY problem .

Nice garden cart/seat. I bought for husband with bad back who enjoys gardening. It’s sturdy, wheels roll easy and is easy to manage. Assembly was quick and instructions were easy to comprehend.I like this little sturdy cart - think I might get another for gift for family member.

Compact, sturdy. Easy to roll around the yard, storage under the seat for yard tools. Great when planting and weeding. Easy for me to put in trunk to use elsewhere. Love it!

This would be a better product with some upgrades. The wheels do not turn - it rolls well but only in a straight line and you have to tug on it to get it to turn. The hardware was not the best - I almost went and bought better nuts and screws - the threading on the screws was not smooth, you had to fight it to apply the bolt. Directions do not tell you that when putting the first 2 pieces on that you need to leave one side somewhat loose, or you will not be able to get the side pieces on. Picture is a bit deceiving as you cannot fit normal size spray bottles in it. Past this it is a good item.
