Our linen closet in the bathroom opens in the middle. We had a curved latch there before, but because of the design, the door would still slide forward and hit the entry door of the bathroom. That latch broke off at the part that curved in.This latch keeps the doors closed where it should, no sliding forward. Thus latch is also more sturdy than our last one. I would purchase this again.

in my case I needed something stronger, but this unit , in my opinion, will be perfect for lighter use , meaning where there is no dog trying to open the door.

The great thing about this lock, is that you can put it at almost any angle and it works. Just have to think outside of the box and it will work for sure

We used this on our flimsy storm door to keep it locked and small ones in and it’s amazing! We put it at the top of the door so they can’t reach, but it’s also much more secure than the doors actual lock!
