My GSD loves this toy, and always tries to pull it out in the yard whenever we go outside. When he sits, waiting for the command to go after the lure his teeth chatter in excitement; same once he's caught it and is told to drop it. This toy also became a great tool in teaching him to stop, wait and go after it. With daily play the pole lasted for several years before I bought a replacement. This was one toy worth it's weight in gold as it brings hours of enjoyment for my dog. Would highly recommend, especially for working breeds and high energy dogs.

I really enjoy this item. My dog who is a cross between a husky and a collie has so much fun. The wand is super durable and so are the attachments. The string and the wand allow for farther reach away from you, so more space for your dog to run around. Highly recommend for dogs that have the drive to chase things.

My dog had a blast with this, and I like the design. It's a little on the heavy side, so swinging it can feel pretty awkward, but I'm honestly not sure how you'd get around that since it's for dogs and you want it to hold up to some punishment. I would like if they put something other than rope toys in, but the design makes it so you can put on a suitable toy of your own, so its not a big deal. LOVE that they give a spare cord, and really like that it collapses for neater storage.It seems pretty strong, but I have border collies, so not exactly the most brutal punishment. That said they gave it a good run and it seems like something that's gonna hold up.

We have a very active puppy and this helps to wear him out! We use this a couple times a day to help run out his energy!

This is my third flirt pole. My dog loves them and it gets so much energy out of her. My first one rusted out, the second broke, so here we are with another.Came in a nice bag for storage with several tug options and a replacement tether. So far it has held up well even with her rigorous playing. It hasn't bent like the previous ones I have, and it is lightweight and comfortable enough for me to use. It even has a wrist strap, which has been great with her pulling strength.The telescoping parts don't lock in well. When collapsed my dog has no problem pulling them right back out again even in the locked position. Makes me worried that they won't hold up for long.
