Appears very pretty on my countertop, yet minimalistic.

I ordered this garlic keeper because it looked attractive enough to keep on my kitchen counter. The color was especially attractive. However, I received it more than 3 weeks after I order it, and while the base was intact, the top was broken into many pieces. As you can see from the attached photo, it was shipping in a flimsy box with only a little bubble wrap and a plastic shipping bag. Rather bad packaging for a delicate ceramic object. On top of that, the color was more of a dark teal blue than the aqua green that appears on the listing. All in all, a huge disappointment.
