For a while (and I mean a while) I debated making the investment in these glasses. If you’re on the fence, get off. Buy them. After my first sip I knew they were with the hype, worth the money and truly elevated my coffee experience. I will absolutely be ordering others from Flur!

First off, I can't recommend these enough! They are clean, classy, and very well designed. When it comes to doing latte art, they are perfect for the latte newbie, such as myself.Let's talk about customer service though! We had an accidental breakage, so I messaged customer service. I received a response very quickly from Elizabeth. She was beyond kind and helpful. I sent a picture of the broken glass, and all in the same day, I received a shipping notification for my replacement.The fact that they offer a one year warranty on a glass product is already wild to me, but to send out a replacement within 24 hours and to be kind about it is top level customer service. I will most certainly be purchasing more of their products.Note: I am just a very happy customer and have no affiliation with this company.
