It was easy to put together and to turn on. Works great for flies and is quiet. But we can't turn it off! It just needs to spin until the charge runs out. Nothing happens when we push the button.

I searched around as there are many similar products.I chose this one as it is take down, meaning the upper part can be stored in the base, making packing easier for camping or picnics.Quality is good, motor has 2 speeds and it comes with a charging cable for each unit.I like it a lot. I hate pesky bugs!Marked down because 1 of 4 didn’t work. It indicates it was charging, and light extinguished showing completion of charge but it would not turn on.Tried without blade attached to insure nothing was binding, spun shaft with fingers and it still would not spin.Other than the non working unit, I like the product.Edited to add: I was contacted by the company who offered to replace the fan that was not working. It arrived today, and it was a 2 pack!Customer service is king these days and I am upgrading to 5 stars. They did not prompt or ask me to do so either.

We have only used these fans one time so far but we were very pleased with the way they kept our table insect-free. We have had a problem with gnats all summer but the fan kept them at bay. I purchased the fans after eating at an outdoor restaurant recently. The restaurant had these fans available for customers to use and I realized how handy they are. Charging was easy and fast; the design is compact and easy to assemble. Plan to purchase more as Christmas gifts!

I received 6 fan bases but only 5 blades. No info to contact them except a web address that doesn’t work. No company name.
