This is a great workout bench! Easy to put together, sturdy, and easily compactible if it needs to be moved or stored. I love the range of angles the bench can be set at too, which makes it very versatile for doing different exercises and working different muscles. Good product at a good price and I am happy with my purchase.

This was easy to assemble and does the job. There is a good range of angles the bench can be set to and it is stable at each setting. The stretch bands fit over each of the sides of the supports and are surprisingly useful for warming up through a range of motions. My only real complaint is that everything is slightly too small. I'm six feet tall and my head is unsupported (incline bench part is about 25" and I would need 28" so that my head is supported). When the bench is flat, there's plenty of room. This is a small complaint about a product that is inexpensive and works great.

This bench is for my garage where I have limited space to exercise. i have another bench which I have had for years and it is really not stable and when the back is reclined it is not sturdy. This new bench is Really Good in all positions. it is light and easy to use and very sturdy. I really like it and it is well worth having. The back reclining has great number of different positions and each is very sturdy.

I had been looking for a home gym bench for quite some time and it took me several months to take a chance on one. I'm so happy this was the one! Flybird has a lot of options for weight benches so if you need something very heavy, I'd go a step up in their product line but for my purposes, this is perfect! It's sturdy, versatile and has some nice extras for the price - incline, flat, AND decline. It also comes with resistance bands - a set for the back and a set for the front that allow for surprising your muscles with alternative ways for time under tension. For instance, a seated front delt raise was quite different and challenging using the band placed on the back. The bench is sturdy and, when placed on my gym mat, doesn't move at all. There was some movement when used directly on the floor, however.Assembly is required on this bench and it's relatively easy. It took about a half hour to put together - it's helpful to have another set of hands to hold the bench. It has quality parts, instructions, and padding.If this sort of thing helps you decide, Men's Health rated Flybird as "the perfect addition to your home gym collection" and Forbes rated Flybird among its "Best Home Workout Equipment for Strength Training."If you've been looking for a bench for a while, you can't go wrong with this one!

This bench replaced another home bench we had that was wobbly. This one is very sturdy and can be folded for storage. It’s the perfect size for me, I am 5’4â€, and the back of my head hits right almost at the edge. For taller people this would be too small.

First of all, the assembly of the bench itself was not difficult at all. I do wish the instructions were more informative because it just tells you numbers so you kinda need to make out where certain screws go to. But once you separate them all, and figure what which screw is what, the set up is so much easier. On to the bench itself, it does what It is intended for. As a beginner in lifting, I have only lifted 25lb & 30lb weights, and the bench is able to handle it well. You can adjust it to a preset selections of degrees for the bench. So far the material for the bench itself has been pretty sturdy and is holding up. The leg cushions are pretty comfortable and adjustable as well. I love it so far because its nothing to grand but not too basic.

It took me about 10 minutes to put this together. All pieces were included and it looks great! A little small, my husband has a lot of muscle for this bench. It is better sized for me or my young teenager. Not bad for a folding space saver!

I wanted to work out from home and needed a foldable bench. This is easy to set up and fold (takes about 20 seconds: 2 pins and one plastic screw-in cap). I use 50-lb weights and use this bench for shoulder presses, bench presses, back rows (lying on stomach), curls, tri extensions, etc. Very smartly designed and reasonably solid. One plastic leg cap keeps coming off but I don't think the metal underneath will mark my floor so not a huge deal. Wish the seat could angle up as it cannot but that's a minor gripe. For around $100 (Cad) it's great value. Recommended unless you're the Hulk and swinging around monster weights.

I had to leave a review as I felt like it was needed as I've had to give up my gym membership due to having a baby, and this bench has been waaay better than I expected.I've got a couple of sets of dumbbells and needed a bench to do incline press and somewhere to rest my legs for Bulgarian split squats on. This bench is so easy to put up and store away, I'm very pleased with it and would highly recommend if you're thinking about working out from home more then give it a go.It's probably slightly shorter on the back rest than your typical gym bench but I'm just above average height in UK and it's fine for me, even if you need to do skull crushers just adjust where your seating position is and it's fine.I was worried that my other half would get angry due to it taking up room but it's foldable and tucks away nicely! Bench is sturdy and seems durable although only had it couple of months. Well worth the buy! 5 stars all round!
