Very sturdy bench. Beefy supports. Many adjustable benches of this style are quite deceiving. Watch out for the weight limit. I've seen some with a 300lb. limit! Also they can be quite wobbly, not the best feeling when you are lifting heavy right over your head. The adjustment tabs on them look like they could easily fail. No way am I trusting my life to that. No worries at all with this one. This thing is super sturdy and stable.Assembly was super easy and strait forward. Tools included.Cushions and cover seem like they will hold up for quite a while. Not overly heavy if you need to move it around. I use it with my power rack so I need to move it in and out if doing squats, cable workouts, pull ups, rings, etc. No it doesn't have wheels, but still isn't a problem to move around. Not the absolute cheapest adjustable bench out there, but it's the cheapest one I would consider when you have hundreds of lbs over your head. One of the questions I saw asked if it declined. No it does not. It will go down a tiny bit but then the back of the bench is laying on the adjustment tabs, don't do it.

After spending much time and research on an adjustable bench I settled on this one based on the reviews. I was a bit hesitant with the purchase as I also have the flybird collapsible flat bench. i am not the biggest fan of the flat bench, at least the model I have. It looks like there is now a newer model that may have some improvements. This bench is a totally different story. I am not an elite lifter by any means but at around 215 I have had 300 pounds on the bar with no issues from the bench. I have not noticed any rocking or movement while on this bench. The same cannot be said for the flat bench....I have used Rogue benches and pretty much everything else under the sun at commercial gyms and can say while this is obviously not to the same build quality as a Rogue bench it definitely the job and you can't beat it for the price. The only thing that could be added is a handle for moving the around. There is an area under both the back pad as well as the seat pad you can use to move the bench but a dedicated handle on the base could be useful.Edit....After using the bench for a few more months now I no longer feel a handle along the base for movement is necessary. There is room under both the backpad as well as seat to move the bench. I wish the top of the bench was wider and did not taper in but all and all it has been a great bench for my home gym

Gym grade bench of the type I have used for years. Very sturdy and easy to assemble and use.

I'm a bit of a skeptic, so even after reading all the positive reviews I still had reservations about buying a bench at such a low price point. Holy cow! I am impressed. I've been lifting weights and working out for almost 40 years, and I've been lucky enough to have access to some of the best equipped gyms in the world, so I've seen my share of really nice equipment. This bench is such a good value. It took about 10 minutes to assemble, and it's really well built. The pieces fit together nicely, and It's solid as a rock. It's comfortable, and adjusts to any angle a person could possibly need for various lifting exercises. I have my doubts about the durability of the upholstery covering. It's very soft and seems too thin for a weight bench (thus the 4 star instead of 5 star rating), but it's smooth, comfortable and easy to clean. I truly think this bench is worth a LOT more than what I paid for it.I've had this bench for a few months now, and there's one thing it's missing. There are no foot pad/posts to anchor your feet. If the bench is placed in the decline position there's nothing to "hook" your ankles around to prevent your body from sliding down the decline. This makes it fairly difficult to perform a decline bench press, or do decline sit ups.

I purchased this bench 5 months ago and secured a really good price for it here on Amazon.*** CONS ***.... My only concern after using the bench so far is the black covering material. It moves and stretches on the surface more than I feel it should, but that could just be me, as I'm pretty picky.*** PROS ***.... The bench arrived on-time, was well packaged, no damage, no scratches, no torn material and all hardware and tools were available..... The assembly process was very easy. I had it put together in less than half an hour..... The bench is extremely durable and heavy duty. I routinely use it for flat chest press, incline press, flat flies, incline flies, seated dumbbell presses and more..... The bench is very well constructed with a sturdy and well positioned footprint for securely lifting heavy loads..... Thick pad.*** OVER ALL RECOMMENDATION ***.... The bench is a "Fantastic Bench"..... Highly Recommend.I Hope this honest review helps anyone looking to upgrade their current weight bench, and/or wanting to invest in a great quality heavy duty bench.

Recién me llegó hoy, vino muy bien empaquetado, algunos de los bloques de unicel se rompieron pero cumplieron su función. Vino sin rayones y el plastico perfecto. Las instrucciones son bastante sencillas. No faltaron piezas.
