This brake cable worked great for our pw50, we have 1 1/2" bar risers on it. This cable is slightly longer making it easier for me to use in our application. It will still work with stock height bars no problem just a bit more slack to adjust. Dont forget that you are able to change the angle of the brake arm as its not a keyed spline. And lube if you can before install to ensure a longer life.

States it fits the pw 50, cable is way to long, routed correctly it bottoms out the cable on the adjuster and the replacement pin is way too small

Cable is too long. By about 2â€. Also break pin that cable attaches too is the wrong size.

Had to re-use my previous spring and the threaded cylinder that catches the end of the cable near the wheel as they were an incorrect size.

The cable is a little longer than stock so not an exact fit. The quality is good. I was able to make it work by moving my brake arm on its splines. I was having difficulty sourcing a genuine Yamaha part, so this works.
