This warming pad was put into the dog's bed to help with her ailing, arthritic hips. It provided extra padding in her bed and she seemed to be comfortable laying on it. I can't really say whether it radiated her body heat back to her, but the extra padding did make the pup more comfortable. I'm thinking to get another one for my arthritic cat.

This pad is holding up very well. My cat loves it and will hunt to find it, if it is moved to a different location . I feel so much better knowing no matter how cold it gets , my kitty will be warm. Other wise she sleeps on TOP of me ! So I sleep better when she has her bed to keep her warm.

We placed it inside an insulated box for our part time pet cat under the patio. She now sleeps inside the box every night. One 25 Deg morning I scanned the inside of the box and found the interior to be between 45-55 deg and she was warm to the touch. The bed mat does retain heat as stated.

My cat Cinnamon loves it. She is a senior cat that often gets cold fast. Instead of selling my lap at the most inconvenient times she will go for her heating mat. She gets really comfortable on it and often I find her laying on her side and stretching out.

The weather has turned cold on the coast of California so I wanted something for my 2 cats that sleep outdoors on my porch. They both love these mats so much. They used to sleep on the back patio at times but now that they have these cozy mats, they never leave the front. They are so cozy and happy on them!
