It's going to be a bad day for the person you have to pull this tool out for. Pulling a a crankshaft pulley to work on the motor is a big job, and this is a solid choice for a tool.The threads mesh perfect. The driving bolt has a left hand thread to not unthread when your driving the pulley off the shaft. There are flats on the main body to get a wrench on when you need to remove it from the pulley, the mating surfaces will bind if you are using an impact and could be a bear to unscrew it.The black coating makes the tool look nice, and hopefully keep it from rusting as it is a good chunk of steal and I don't know what grade or type it is.Well machined, and will be a great tool for tearing down mine or others ATV's.

I have not had to remove a Ranger flywheel with it yet but, it does seem to be machined and finished properly. I got my thread wires and micrometer out to check the thread size and it definitely falls within tolerance. A little towards the high side actually. Properly machined without sharp edges or chatter marks of any sort. Main screw turns smoothly without sticky or loose feeling. And the black oxide coating is dark and even. I look forward to using this puller.
