When my daughter's three sister-friends moved away, we wanted to get them something like this. I didn't even know they made them in sets of four until we checked Amazon! This is a very pretty set; the chains are sturdy and the color change works like it's supposed to.

My daughter wanted to get her best friend a necklace before she and her family move away. We picked out the two piece "best friends" heart necklace. I was pleasantly surprised that it not only came nicely wrapped in plastic but in a nice little gift box, as well. It seems to be decent quality. It's got some weight to it and doesn't seem like it will come off the chain or break real easily. It also included a mood explanation card at the bottom of the box. My only complaint is that one of the halves seems to change when you are not touching it and the other half doesn't seem to want to change when you are holding it. We've only played around with one half, since the other half is a gift, but the one we took out doesn't want to change any color other than blue to black (when we put it in the freezer!). The half that we haven't taken out of the plastic has just randomly turned blue to green to yellow to red. It's cool but.... odd. I thought it was suppose to be body temperature sensitive. In any case, they are very cute and I am happy with my purchase.
