This counterweight is a half-decent clone of Opscore’s kit… but this system (with all weights installed) weighs 7.45oz - not even half the weight of the lightest dual tube system on the market rn. My helmet needed twice the weight this provided to properly counterbalance a set of dual tube NVG’s. I threw this kit in the trash. Save yourself the money you’ll spend on new weights and buy an actual Opscore kit.

Overall not terrible for the money. The general feel is of an inexpensive piece of gear, but the coloring was decent. See pic next to an opscore helmet cover. It can hold weights (included) or batteries and had a little extra room for more weight or small stuff. It did fit opscore rails. I didn't try with other brands, but looked like it would work on my 3M Ceradyne helmet too. It's fairly adjustable so should work on most helmets. The velcro was strong enough to hold in place without the screw mounts. Not bad for the price. Definitely fine for a bump helmet or airsoft or light duty use.

This counterweight was exactly what I needed to offset the weight of my NVG's on my tac helmet.I literally opened the wrapper and velcro'ed it on. DONE.No need to add or remove weight. It is absolutely perfect and now my goggles fit my face perfectly.5 stars
