I broke my carbon fiber end cap, and didn't want to shell out the cash for another. This end cap fit perfectly, and its steel so it may be more crash resistant, though not as light as the carbon fiber. FMF is great stuff

Purchased this tip to replace my broken carbon fiber tip (that I busted my first ride with the new pipe). Didn't have it in me to drop another $100 for a tip, so settled for this one. Maybe it won't damage as easily, and maybe I need to get better at log crossings...
