Have had these about a month, they are quite fluffy and provide good support. They are definitely NOT 12x20, they are 9x16 so be aware they are smaller than regular lumbar pillow cases. Also, DO NOT try to remove the tag. It ripped through the fabric case - not the seam, but the actual fabric encasing the fill. It looks like I ripped the corner off a potato chip bag. While it makes me feel quite mighty and strong, I'm a bit disappointed in the pillow.Update after years owning these: love them, still very fluffy and springy. Upgraded from 2 stars to 4 for comfort and durability (surprising, I know- just don't remove the pillow cover!)

These pillows fit perfectly in my covers and are just what I needed! They’re comfortable and the quality is great. I just wish they would become available again so I could buy more. Highly recommend if you can find them!

I ordered the 22x22 pillow inserts for my 20x20 pillows. I'm so glad I did that because they are much fuller and feel very cozy. I've taken naps on these pillows and they hold up really nice!

Muy accesibles. Viene en un paquete pequeño pero se inflan rápido. Al abrirlas parecen de calidad dudosa pero ya con la funda son cómodas. Compré unas fundas tamaño Euro en West Elm y compre estas almohadas para usarlas. Son buenas si no se tienen cabecera. P.D son las de hasta atrás :p

The pillow inserts were delivered quickly. They were delivered in a small package and had to fluff up after you opened them. No odour. Fit my lumbar cushion covers perfectly and saved me a trip to the store!
