Our 1.8-density foam has a compression rate of 44 pounds and a 100 % recovery rate. That means affordable comfort with just the right amount of softness and support.

Whether you are looking for a thick or thin quality foam material, we've got you covered with our custom cuts and large variety. Make sure you measure twice, order once! The measurements you should record are the length, width, and height of your cover from seam to seam. If you need help determining the correct size, we will be happy to assist you!

Our foam is ideal for couch cushion filling, stuffing for crafts, outdoor cushion inserts, chairs, pillows, ottomans, stools, and DIY headboards. They're also great to use in your RV and camper or as a cushion foam for boat seats, car seats, golf cart seats, workout benches, cots, and window seats. If you need to transport fragile items, place a foam sheet in a carry case for extra cushioning to prevent breakage.

Your package may come vacuum-packed, rolled, or compressed. Once you receive your cushion and upholstery foam, use a pen or a pencil to make a small incision and break the seal. Do not use a box cutter. The foam should be fully expanded within 72 hours.

I had gotten a beautiful chair off of a sell or trade site to replace a broken recliner. I got the chair for 60 bucks and brand new. It was worth 300. The downside was the chair cushion itself was starting to sag. I read a lot of reviews about replacing percussion with a high density foam and found this listing. It was exactly as advertised. I absolutely love the new cushion and I enjoy sitting On what feels like a brand new chair.

I bought this for my couch cushion which seemed to be losing its life. I replaced it and it fit perfectly. It gave life to the same spot i plant my toosh so now im not sinking into the spot anymore.

I bought 3 of these to replace 3 of the 6 cushions on my patio set that were getting worn. I used the patio set cushion measurements and this products measurements to ensure the right size. The right cushion is the one that came with the patio set. The left cushion is this product. They are the same pillow measurements but the one on the left took 20 minutes each to get the pillow into the cover. And hour for 3 cushions. I am not a weak person and have never struggled so long. The new cushion looks awful. it is not tight in the cover. It sits lower than the others and it’s rock hard, which is why bending it into a pillow case cover is near darn impossible. I would return but by the time I got to this project, I missed the window.
