I got what was pictured, there was no problem with the product but the delivery was a slight inconvenience. 5 stars bc there’s nothing wrong with the product, bought as a gift so can’t attest to the durability but will update if it breaks too soon.

Great backpack for school or travel. Definitely a little thinner than thought as it shouldn’t have anything overly heavy in it. I ordered color black and received color black!

My kid loves this backpack .He had one like it that needed replaced so I found this one.the main reason I picked this one was because it is black in the picture and would hide dirt from well being a boy.Anyways the one we received was orange not black but he still loves it.

My son had this backpack for a few months when the zipper busted and it fell apart. I reached out to Amazon who said it is the responsibility of the seller and I needed to reach out to them. I Reached out to the seller who said Amazon was responsible. We received no resolution. I would not recommend purchasing.

I ordered the black bag with orange trim just like the advertised picture and the advertised description...but received a completely different bag...a bright orange bag. :(
