Update- the seller sent another pulley which is way better quality. No issues whatsoever. Kids love it. Great customer serviceInstalled the slack line which wasnt too difficult but did take a little time and a ladder. The quality of the line seems fair - noticed fraying on a side seam that would need to be monitored for safety. The bearings on the pulley were not lined up perfectly and did not spin well straight out of the box yet appeared to be new in packaging. I have one child that weighs 70 lbs. The bearings on the pulley broke after one use. Will be returning it. Don't waste your time on this one. I should have paid more attention to the reviews

This zip line was simple to set up and worked great for one day. The second day, two of the bearings failed and the trolley stopped moving along the strap. I see many customers have reported the same thing so this is an inherent flaw in the product. The bearings are cheap and will seize up after a few uses making the product unusable. Poor quality

Hours of fun!!! It did not hold adults well, but the kids absolutely played for hours! The one downfall is the strap wants to turn so the swing gets stuck where the secured part is on both ends.

Worked great on our ninja line-it was the first challenge and the kids loved zipping down to the next challenge in the line! It weathered well too so was very durable.

My grand kids really enjoyed this zip line but after two weeks it broke. I didn’t realize in time and now we can’t return it. Very disappointing.

Update: we did receive our money back even without us requesting it. So I am thankful to the customers service!It was fun while it lasted. It only lasted a week. Half the ballbearings broke after a week use, there is no way to change them so the whole slack line we also bought from Ninja fofana became useless. Very-very disappointed with the quality. Just a disclaimer - the slack line was used by two kids - both weighting less than 110 pounds, so definitely far from the weight limit. They were so happy with a home zip line and such a blow. No, don’t recommend!

Wir waren anfangs echt begeistert von dem Set .... die Kids ( 5 und 11, beides sehr schmal gebaute und vom gewicht her, leichte Kinder) hatten viel Spaß mit der Seilrutsche. Aber schon nach kurzer Zeit ist ein Kugellager kaputt gegangen. Echt schade.....irgendwie reagiert auch keiner auf Nachrichten bzw man kann es auch nicht mehr reklamieren.

Colis incomplet manque plusieurs articles à l’intérieur je suppose que le colis a déjà été utilisé. Je ne paye pas 99 € pour un tel colis une honte. Je demande à être remboursé le plus rapidement possible une vraie arnaque.

Product failed after two weeks of use with a 5 and 8 yr old. Real shame the quality of the bearings is not up to scratch as the rest of the kit is great.
