A: Absolutely! We've used both 500W and 1200W fog machine, and the difference is remarkable. The 1200W machine pumps out a massive amount of fog, creating a truly immersive and atmospheric experience.
Q: Is this fog machine work with water or oil based fluid?
A: It’s recommendable to use fog fluid.
Q: I lost my remote. Is there a way to still use the fog machine?
A: No problem at all! The fog machine has a built-in manual control feature, so you can still use it without the remote. Simply locate the control buttons on the machine and you're good to go.
Q: Do you have to keep pressing the fog button every time you want fog? Or does it spray fog automatically every few minutes?
A: It sprays automatically every minutes or so. It has a remote if you prefer to cut it on and off yourself.
Q: Can I only use the light feature or do I have to use the fog and lights at the same time?
A: The lights and fogger have their own on/off switch on the back of the unit. Lights and fog may be used independently from each other.
Q: If the machine fails, how to troubleshoot the cause.
A: 1. Check the switch status at the back of the machine: When you plug in the power, see if the light is in the on state. lf the light is on at this point, indicating that there is no problem with the machine, you need to check if the switch at the back of the machine is in the off position. The machine will operate only when the switch is in the ON position.
2. Ensure that you have plugged in the wired Bluetooth receiver: The machine can only work when a wired controller is plugged in.
3. Under normal conditions, the machine requires approximately 3 minutes of heating time before it starts spraying for the first time.

The machine worked great when we tested it. When I went to use it for an event, it wasn’t turning on. No power.After doing some troubleshooting on my own, I contacted the customer service department via the provided email address. Not only did they respond quickly, they provided a replacement for the unit.

First of all I gave it a 1 because I unboxed it, filled it with the fog juice, turned it on, red light came on the controlled and out came the fog for about 10 seconds maybe. Than nothing, than it kicked back on for maybe another 10 seconds? What is going on, why doesn’t it stay on blowing fog? I’ll change the star if someone can help.Product update, seller has amazing customer service and helped me replace my fog machine in no time at all. Very responsive and best seller ever on Amazon to work with. True 5 start service.

We read many of reviews about ALL fog machines only working 1 time and people then saying they dont work after that. We decided those were probably people who didn't follow directions to clean really well with distilled water. We used this one time on Oct 31, 2023. After cooling down, we drained and cleaned all parts very very well. I was sure we did everything right. We went to use it last night Oct 31, 2024 and it only hummed, never worked for our trick or treaters. Husband worked on it for about an hour and saw the motor had froze up. He cleaned everything up the best he could, but now it gets really loud and really hot so we wont try it anymore, its junk. And obviously outside return period. Very disappointed as I felt buying a more expensive one and following cleaning directions would have prevented this. You're better off to buy an extremely cheap one and toss it afterwards.

I always want a fog machine for my party. Here it comes. This machine is awesome. It takes very short time to get ready. And shot our tons of fog in few seconds. It also come with both remote control and a button to turn on and off the fog. Now I am ready to host more party (for fee). My clients will love the party environment more with this extra feature (other the lights and music).

I previously got a Sunolga fog machine for Halloween and wanted to compare to this particular fog machine and add to collection, as Halloween keeps getting bigger and more elaborate. My observations on using:1) somewhat bigger/bulkier than my other, but still manageable -- it's a more circular light configuration and more fog volume and even larger capacity tank for the fog juice2) when on, it was blasting full bore for maybe 30-45 seconds at a time and then cycling again every few minutes as fog dissipated -- felt as though it didn't kick in quickly enough and it certainly lays a thick blanket in those 30 seconds ... my concern is that it is too much peak/valley vs. consistently foggy3) was surprised that there was a separate plug-in and RF remote for turning on the fog -- my other unit had the "red button" on the back of the machine to turn the fog function on and then had buttons on the same remote as all the light options, but this unit you plug in a 2 ft' cord that has the "red button" on it and then a separate RF remote to control the on/off vs auto restart fog function ... I don't like having to track 2 remotes and this additional object plugged in (particularly if I am going to hang the machine over having it on the ground).The Bottom Line: Significant fog volume and correspondingly bigger reservoir, but requires 2 remotes with second object plug-in and fog density is more variable than consistent. Will still add it to Halloween scenes/setup.

Bought this for a Halloween party and was not disappointed. It puts out a good amount of fog quickly. The lights are pretty cool a well. Just don't forget to buy fog liquid.
