Struggled with instant-on heaters that never quite got the water hot unless you poured a trickle, these bring hot water almost immediately and fully hot. I just had to get used to not running it continuously or it would run out before I was completely shaved but prudent use of water gives a very good result.In my case, actually split the output to feed two sinks, which is even better than the use of instant-on style

We have very hard water and I've gone through two (2) Bosch/Ariston under-cabinet heaters which last about four years each. I realized after removing the last one that it said, "replace anode every two years". Oh, well, you live and learn. I ordered these Fogatti units (three of them, one for each sink) as they were less expensive and if they are going to corrode to death in four years, why pay more? (I also ordered anodes for my other Bosch units, we'll see if that helps). The Fogatti was easy to install and included ALL parts, even teflon tape! The temperature knob on the Fogatti is fat easier to use than the Bosch/Ariston heaters. So far it works fine - scalding hot water just the way I like it, the moment I turn on the tap! We'll see if these last longer than the Bosch. One issue is the anodes on this unit are not easy to change (they recommend checking them every year!). I'll pull it apart in two years and see if it needs changing. Hard water is a PITA!

Took a bit longer than expected to install, as the hose connections are kind of an off size and needed some adapting. The only real problem so far was the hose they provided for the over heat protection, it has more kinks than a DC politician. Also the fitting that connects to it NEEDS a lot of the provided Teflon tape, or it will leak pretty bad, the fitting is not tapered, and can be tightened by hand which is not great. After testing overnight, I managed to have zero leaks, and the water is HOT !!!

It worked well for a few weeks, but then it stopped working and now it doesn't heat up at all.

I got this for an outdoor shower, and it heats 8 gallons of my 50 degree spring water to hot and ready in about 45 minutes. Definitely satisfied with this purchase-

My husband bought this to have hot water in the bathroom without running water for 19 minutes to actually get hot water to the sink. Works great we are very satisfied.

Not reaching good temperature. Water is just little bit warm, you can't feel hot water. After I order I read comments that a lot of people have same problem. This items finis in garbage! I really feel bed because i spent a lot of money on this item but not working.
