I didn't want a plastic one so I got this and it's sturdy enough when you're standing on it and using the hooks with resistance bands but the fasteners for the carabiners don't have enough space to easily hook on and the push-up handles don't stay in very well, the horizontal forces during push-up motion cause you to rock out of position pretty easily. Probably will get rid of it at some point.

So..first out of the box there were no instructions, no where to put this to do that, nothing. That was a problem for a piece of fitness equipment. Other than that, It's really high quality. It's thick wood, nice and smooth. It folds nicely. I like that it's multifunctional, though I'm still trying to figure out how to do all the exercises and matching them to the placement on the board.
