Overall, this Folding Chair Cart, Tolerable 300 LBS, Multi-Function Chair Cart, Folding Chair Dolly meets those requirements - it's built well enough to haul 300 pounds and will do it for a good 20 years or more.However, mine didn't come with the usual inadequate tools, which would have saved me 15 minutes of rounding up stuffs (10mm wrench and a hex head driver for my ratcheting driver which is ummmm-that size), but probably saved at least $1,000 in the swear jar by using real tools that work well.Assembled in 1.5 songs from my favorite singer's roadhouse satellite radio station.The hardware doesn't have washers. Maybe that's OK? I don't know. I can't remember anything I've assembled that didn't include a washer when using hardware (maybe some engineers can weigh in here on use-case need?). This one didn't come with washers, so I assembled as it was presented, and so far so good.It's built well. It should last a good, long time.Designed wisely so you don't have a flopping around handle.Casters are SUPER heavy-duty - very happy with those. Put the brakes on the back next to the handle so you can brake it while you have ahold of it. The instructions are a little squinty on this fact.Good value for what you get. In price comparisons, I wouldn't expect to get this quality for this price anywhere else.Good investment.Stows and stores with a small footprint.This will absolutely meet your needs at a good price.

Very durable and useful folding cart. I have used this to move a bunch of heavy items. No chairs so far. Assembly was easy but I used my own tools. It just saved time that way because of the type of tools usually sent in anything that needs assembly. I also used some washers of my own and some Loctite to ensure everything help proper. The frame is nice and sturdy, and the wheels are heavy duty and more than satisfactory. Would recommend.

I haven't used these for chairs, but I have used them to move heavy items. It is long enough to move large furniture. It is a bit awkward going around small corners, though.
