the device appeared to be well constructed, arrived without instructions, no big deal because all you had to do was screw 4 casters to the frame, BUT 2 of the 4 casters were the wrong part - they were not threaded, meant to be bolted to the frame - but the frame had no bolt holes. so i am making a trip to Harbor Freight to find replacement casters - as it is a pain to repackage and return a heavy parcel
