Dead right out the box. Minimal instructions on how to operate bike. No instructions on battery problems and how to solve. Unable to contact seller. No phone number or email address. Wanted to like it.

The bike is good looking, I’m waiting on the battery to charge so I can see if it actually works. I did purchase the bike because it was “lightweight” and folded, I am unable to fold and it’s super heavy.
