I original purchased this to put in my bathroom. After using it for a fee days, it wasn't working for me. It needs 15 minutes minimum to get a towel hot enough to enjoy but my showers are about 5 minutes. So, I put it near my hottub and it's perfect. I get out of my hottub and I get a hot towel to dry myself and it feels great. My hottub time is about 20 to 30 minutes so I set the machine for 30 minutes and it's awesome.It can be used for my bathroom if I turn it on 10 minutes before i shower but that won't happen. It's a great purchase . I found the quality to be excellent and it's really a good looking item. Everyone asks, what new toy is that?

Bought this for my daughter. She set it up Xmas day in 5 minutes. It works beautifully. She even warmed up her workout clothes.

The best way to describe this is added luxury to your bedtime routine. My whole family is taking part in warming up our towels and pajamas. I also bought which is sold separately the fragrances that can be inserted to the machine and they come in a variety of scents. It is very easy to assemble and use.I live in Florida but can only imagine how great it is during winter months to use this & enjoy warm towels out of the shower. It is very luxurious and feels like a spa day!

Works well. I would highly recommend this warmer. The only thing that would have made this better is, if it had a separate on/off switch. The on/off switch and timer are the same button.

It's a decent warmer just the temp drops quick ones it gets up to temp my previous one would take longer but hey it gets the job done

I bought this to replace the tiny towel warmer we already had that worked just fine. This one seemed bigger, better, got great reviews.First of all, it's confusing. You see on the display the temp soaring, and you wonder how you're going to touch a 247 degree towel. Well, we figured out that's not the temp of the actual towel but the warming-up of the cylinder temp. Instructions need to better explain things.So It warms ok, but the towel also doesn't hold the temperature. Don't know if that's because of the towel fabric or what.I think for the price, I expected more from this. I also don't think the scent discs work that great. Scent discs don't come with the towel warmer, so you have to shop for those.We're going to keep it, but really, it's not any better than our very small square one that barely holds a thick bath towel. If this one went on sale 50% or more, then I would consider it worth it. But full price, no way.After using this for a few weeks, we've grown to really like it. There is a learning curve, like how to stick the towel into the warmer. Most of the heat seems to come from the top. So if you like the middle of your towel warm, you stick in the ends of the towel first. I don't know why the pictures show the towel nicely rolled up. We tried that, and that didn't work at all.It's still a pretty $$$$ towel warmer, but it is an attractive addition to the bathroom. My review is going from 3 stars to 4.
