The cord that came with my original purchase broke a week after I bought it when it got yanked from the wall due to the vacuum falling over (because of how top heavy it is), so I needed a replacement. Eureka was no help, and didn’t even have the part in stock, so I was very grateful to find this option. It’s now plugged in and I only charge the vacuum while it is in the wall mount to avoid the toppling over issue.

This plugged right in to my NEC182 and it was fully charged overnight. I'll update if it does otherwise, but so far so good.

The adapter arrived in an unsealed carboard box, and the adapter had been placed in the box incorrectly in such a way that it didn't quite fit and the plug prongs had partially punctured through the cardboard. The case of the adapter was scuffed as if it had been dropped, and the cord was wrapped haphazardly as if done by a child. And when I plugged it into my eureka vacuum, nothing happened. Very disappointing.
