1 For safe transportation, the batteries have not been fully charged, Please fully charge the battery fully before using it for the first time.
If the machine cannot be used for the first installation, please try to remove and reinstall the battery then it will restore to normal function.
2 keep using the sweeper often, 2 to 3 times a week.
3 If you don't use the vacuum for a long time, remove the battery after it is fully charged and store it in a cool and dry place, otherwise it will cause the battery to be over-discharged.
4 Please clean the brushes of the sweeper regularly or replace the new brushes, because the if roller brush of the sweeper is stuck, it will consume the battery capacity.
5 Please Do not keep the battery undercharge to 0%, that will cause a big damage on the battery, try to keep the battery charge above 5-10%, that will maintain a battery good performance.

Product fit perfectly but after I purchased it I figured out it was the charging points that needed cleaning and not a bad battery. Having a backup battery is fine, this one work in both my self emptying roombas.

I just bought this 32 days ago (can’t return) and it has stopped charging. The battery was barely charging and now the status ring is just red. I expected less than OEM life but this is ridiculous. Don’t waste your money.

The fit was perfect and it worked in the beginning. After 9 months I kept on getting a charging error. I took the battery out and found out it was dead with my volt meter. I was hoping to have better cells inside that would last longer.Update:The company reached out to me and offered a full refund for the product. Now I am upping my rating to 4 stars.

I love my iRobots. But the batteries were getting too weak to get them back to the charging stations. The batteries were reasonable priced and gave me back the long running time it takes to clean my house.

No solo la baterÃa no ha funcionado, sino que en la devolución (qué no leà la letra pequeña) tengo que pagarla yo a Las Vegas. Total que cuesta 3 veces la baterÃa que no funciona devolverla.Francamente no deberÃa de permitir Amazon estas reglas a estos compradores.

After installing the battery in my i7 there were "battery not detected" errors. Tried reseating, cleaning, rebooting. Re- installed old battery, got the same error. Rebooted and now the vacuum is completely dead, no lights no power. Mostly I'm upset that I can't return it, as it is defective.
