The good: It's very convenient to have a tripod in your pocket and it folds up to be very compact. When in tripod mode it feels rock solid and stable. Folding the two legs inward makes it into handle which is also very useful and makes for steadier handheld filming. The small hex bolts at the joints come tight and secure out of the box but they are adjustable should they ever become loose. It's well machined and anodized black. It seems like it could last forever.The bad: Nothing. It's a solid piece of kit.The missed but easily remedied: The disc has the magnets on one side but nothing on the other so nothing sticks to the back side. I pasted one of those metal ring adapters on the back so I can keep track of my pop socket or external drive or whatever more easily by sticking it to the back of the tripod while my phone is attached.

Don't normally do reviews but this is a GREAT little tripod.THis gadget is much sturdier than it looks and the magnetic hold is Strong.If you have a foldable device like the Samsung Fold it is small enough that the if you have a sturdy magsafe case on it, it will not interfere with the magnetic holding ability. AND with the adjustable legs if you have the phone open you can adjust the legs and it will be just as sturdy as if it were folded

I bought this for my mom for her Samsung note10 plus and it wouldn’t stick to her case…Overall it’s a good product but the sticky magnetic ring would not stick on her phone itself nor her new phone case. I had to super glue the magnet to her case for it to stay on. Over all the product worked as advertised and she loves it!

I was disappointed in this tripod. I used the included metal ring and the tripod still wouldn’t hold my phone in landscape mode. Both with and without the MagSafe case on my phone. Watching my iPhone 16 fall off without the case solidified my disappointment is such a highly rated product.

Super clever little gadget for taking photos with your MagSafe iPhone. It folds up very small and yet is flexible enough to support the phone and many positions to take photos. Metal is solid and of good quality. There are some little tiny rubber feet on the bottom to protect any surface where you might want to place the tripod.
