Works like a champ. Ford OE part. Easy but messy to install. Lol drain completely or no matter how fast you are you lose a lot of coolant. PS. It's easier to break the nut free when the motor is hot.

Exact fit for my 7.3! But beware you do lose a significant amount of antifreeze if you are not fast with the replacement of the element.

This installed easily on a 2002 F-350 7.3 diesel, and it works well. Don't overtorque. 32 FP is about right. You will lose some coolant if you don't drain the radiator first.

Works good only had it 2 months. Will update in a year if it gets burned out.

They all have been failing within 3 to 6 months of use. It doesn't matter on the brand. I'm on the 4th, or 5th one in two years. They all must be made in china since the quality is so, so, so poor!I've talked to the zerostart people. They claim that you must use no more than 60% extended life (or better) antifreeze concentration, and must use distilled water, for the blend, NOT tap water. I've tried the antifreeze blend, but not with out tap water (which tap water has worked in the past for over 10 years before all the new heaters hit the market. The old heaters did not fail regardless if antifreeze % or tap water use). The 60% blend may not work for those folks in cold climates such as Minnesota and the balmy -40F temps too.Installing the 5th, or 6th one in two years soon. we will see if the tap water blend works, but I have my doubts.....
