Went from a high end coil set (granatelli) back to ford oem and much happier from 2010 supercharged sporttrac. Came within a few days and fit right on and took about 30 minutes tops.

Great replacement if you are having misfire issues with your 5.4 3v engine. Easy to replace. What I received was genuine ford parts. Be careful from who you order there are lots of counterfeits circulating.
