PROS: Ultimately, this platform works. We’ve used it once and secured it to the forklift frame with a locking chain. My wife went up on its inaugural journey and we both felt confident in its safety.CONS: there were several areas where paint was either chips or flaked off, suggesting improper or no priming. One of the nuts welded in place intended for the attachment of a caster was welded at an angle and unusable. The supplied bolts were usable but in my opinion too short— when fully assembled the bottom of the bolt was flush with the nut surface. Lock washers and regular nuts were supplied; in my opinion nylon stop nuts would have been a better choice. I wound up replacing all of them during initial assembly. I felt that the gauge of steel in the platform was on the thin side and could’ve been heavier.SUMMARY: for the price, this is a decent platform and we did not feel there were any safety issues in the unit we received, but there seems to be a QC problem in the production of the item.

Item was damaged in shipping and one of the pins is missing other than that it was nice . Seller took care of me after finding out what happened.

No instructions on assembly, says there is one but not in the box. Still not difficult, pretty straight forward. Box was beat up but no damage.
