Both the salt and pepper grinders work really nicely. I like that you can adjust how course or fine it grinds. It can be tricky though to get it really fine.

This grinder clogged up on first use. Also very uneven grinds and uneven amount comes out. I will be returning it and do not recommend it.

I put the batteries in them today and started testing out the grind settings. Unfortunately when you wind the grind setting to the finest it still spits out a coarser grind than I think it should.When I think fine grind I think table salt and not chunky table salt if that makes sense. Same with the pepper grinder - it spits out a bit of finer grinds but mostly chunky.When I tighten the grind setting even more (because upon initial tightening and after first grind I can then tighten the grind setting more…like it gets loose or something) it gets a tiny bit finer but not much.I’m comparing this gravity fed grinder set with the tomeem set I already have. That tomeem set grinds salt and pepper finely like it should. The only difference between these two sets is this set you have to turn over for it to grind and the other set you push a button to grind.I’ll keep using these to test them out even more and hope it gets better.Overall neutral on this set. Wouldn’t buy again based on first day of testing.Also this set tends to get stopped up frequently for some reason and I have to reset the grinding mechanism by turning it over and shaking it around a bit. I used the same salt and pepper in each set and the tomeem set doesn’t get clogged at all.Photos are of the finest grind setting on either grinder.
