I waited too long to order this. First use made the purchase worth it. After use, it wiped off clean and straightened easily. I highly recommend, especially if the oil filter pours out onto the chassis or other parts. I also use it for my small engines with drain plugs that pour onto the frames (Generator, Pressure washer).Very useful.

Not great for all situations, but helpful in some. I used it under the oil filter on my lawnmower, avoided most of the mess, but couldn't get it back far enough so some oil spilled behind it.

My husband loves using this item when he does an oil change on his car. Prevents oil from dripping onto other parts of the underbody near the oil filter when released. Very flexible and can be molded into tight spots where needed. Would recommend as a gift for husband who loves working on cars.

Never fails that you have to drain something. And it’s always something in the way. This flexible funnel can be bent up to get right where you need it to prevent a mess, great idea. Heavy duty should last for years. This is the largest size, but it’s a life saver.

I bought this to help with containing the mess that comes with changing the oil on my Cessna 172d. It’s perfect for the job cause it catches the oil before it hits the engine mounts and runs down to the floor.
