I've had the bucket less than 2 months. It's been working great, keeps ice well frozen even in 100ΓΒ°+. However yesterday one of the rivets holding the handle on one side broke off. Filed with ice it's too heavy for the single rivet left, and that one is about 1/2 broken out. Amazon wants me to send it back. I buy from Amazon so I don't have to bother with shipping stuff. Perhaps a new one sent to me would be the simplest answer, then I could raise my score.UPDATE-I was finally able to find a way to contact the seller, sent an email on a Sunday afternoon. Within hours I received a reply. Over the next few days we emailed back & forth as I explained the problem with what turned out to be a handle screw not a rivet. The seller was very helpful & very much wanted to make things right. They sent me a new ice bucket, no charge. I live in So. Cal. w/ no ac, it gets in the high 90s in my house & this keeps ice frozen 6-10 hrs. Terrific ice bucket. Don't buy any plastic ones, buy this one.

Very nice product. It looks beautiful and the tong is very nice. We bought 5 of these items to test in our apartments and it was strong and beautiful. Just beware that after you put ice inside it can leave a smell like oxide but this can be solved if you use a plastic bag as a liner.

I shopped awhile before choosing this and so glad that I did. Perfect size for a table or a bar, sleek and smooth, very classy. When it arrived, the tongs were not in the package, but the customer service people at Fortune Candy quickly resolved the issue. The replacement even got here a day early! The ice bucket is needed for a very important party for my mom, so I was so relieved!Highly recommend this product AND this company!! I will be doing business with them again, simply from the service I received!

Love the concept of this ice bucket. The thong holder is truly handy. The only dislike is the handle, the screws keep coming loose. Have to tighten every time it is used or risk the loss of screws.

This is such a well-designed ice bucket. It comes with a scoop and tongs that both fit on the bucket itself, the fabric cover keeps it from leaving a puddle of condensation all over the bar, and it keeps ice cold for a good long time even on a summer afternoon. All this while looking great.

The bucket is great for keeping ice cold for 4-6 hours, my issue is the screw comes out of the handle everytime we pick it cup. Bucket good, handle has poor design.

Terrific quality stainless steel! I did some searching for the best all-in-one ice bucket and ultimately settled in this one as a gift for my husband and am so glad I did! We really like how functional and high quality it is, and it comes with all the accessories an ice bucket could need! The ice tongs conveniently fit in the bucket lid, the scoop fits nicely in between the silicone padded handle and bucket and it even comes with a condensation catching sleeve which helps prevents scratching and wet surfaces. And of course, it keeps ice cold! ItΓ’β¬β’s a perfect size, not too large to cause overcrowding but fits several drinks or a wine bottle and plenty of ice. Another plus is it doesnΓ’β¬β’t have any logos or writing on it. It was surprisingly difficult to find an ice bucket without a brand logo but I didnΓ’β¬β’t want one so IΓ’β¬β’m glad this is sleek and brand less. The original one I received had a big scratch on the lid so I exchanged it and the second one came immediately and was in perfect shape. Overall, love it, a great gift for a great value!

Ordered 3 as Christmas gifts. All arrived on time ( in one case early!). Exactly as described.All three recipients were very pleased. The Γ’β¬Ε on board Γ’β¬Ε storage for tongs is definitely a plus!

Wrong representation : the blue colour version is just a blue cloth over the bucket, cheap solution.Also the Price varies from $35 to $100 for the same brand / product.

The ice bucket was the perfect size, not so large that it was difficult to store and not small so that it couldn't hold enough ice. Looks very nice for a small gathering, has a place to hold the tongs in the lid (which I really liked) and came with a bonus set of 4 steel cubes. Amazing for the price point. The seller quickly dealt with a small issue I had in a courteous and helpful manner.
