I just had the plumbers install this in a big septic system at our main home this morning with excellent results. I watched as this emptied out some pretty thick "effluent" from a tank that had a lot of dirt fall into it from where the guys dug out too close to the tank cover, and hadn't fully pumped out the solids, which were mixing into the water pouring in from the settlement tank before the pump tank.So it had a thick goo to pump out, and that's the big test for a septic effluent pump - can it handle very viscous liquids with undissolved solids in it. This one CAN and DOES. It moved gallons and gallons of it out of that tank and pressed it through the field pipes over the seepage bed. This was a challenge it won't need to repeat, but it's good to know it has the power. Great pump. I'm impressed and glad to have it on the job for our sanitary needs and my sanity needs.

.No nonsense. Strong quality.I am completely confident that this pump will pay for itself.This amazing pump has the power to pull a very thick sludge and solids mixed with induced water to keep a tank in long service.My need is for a commercial basement that is unfortunately in a 1% flood zone. The sheer volume it can move was the determining factor for me, so I do find great value well above the solid quality of this pump.Complete success.
