I purchased this item used "good" condition. Item may be repackaged but in excellent condition. So I took a risk of getting one without end caps, or O-rings. It all arrived on time, and in great shape. Plus this is a redesigned condenser to a/c pump hose for the 2002 and like minivans. This is part of a much larger fix with these faulty pieces of Mopar engineering...not trying to get to personal dodge lovers, just my opinion. If you want a Dodge, get a Cummings!
