Fits my 2005 6.0 XLT Crew Cab like OEM. Haven’t had a single issue in a few months. Old one was leaking coolant out of the bottom onto my valve cover and ruined injector #7. I bypassed the heater core with a radiatior coupling until this showed up. Installed it and no more leaks.

Had a coolant leak on my F250. Bought this along with hoses and a new tank. This was the primary part that was leaking and was an easy install and no more leaks.

Old one had a crack this one was direct fitment and it’s holding up great just like oem I recommend this for a fix.

Although this was not an OEM Motorcraft part, it is great quality and perfect fitment. If your heater valve is starting to shows signs of leakage, this part is highly recommended, and installation was very simple.
