The Jiffy stand spring is simply made too long, and it does not hold the stand up close to the bike frame. As any biker knows, this is a dangerous hazard that can lead to catastrophic results. What's worse than a poor product, is the seller is unwilling to make it right. It's unimaginable, but the seller actually asked for pictures of their new spring installed on the bike, the bike itself, and the old original spring that was on the bike prior. Unbelievable ! I paid extra for fast delivery and I'm asking for a full refund. Why didn't I look at all the negative the reviews 1st? Countless customers explain the exact same problem with this spring. Why would the seller continue to sell this hazard?

The spring works but its just a little longer than factory spring. So it doesn't hold the kickstand tight in the upright position. It allows the kickstand to hang midway down.

Ended up getting one from the harley shop anyway, for the same price. This spring stretches out and does not spring back. Save yourself the money and time and go get a good one from the harley shop.
