I use this under my riding shirt while racing. Fits clean and snug. No bulk. I love it. All the protection you need without feeling like a robot.

Okay roost protector- not a big fan of the shoulder adjustment and fitment.

The shoulder pads are removable if you want to have less bulk up top, I forgot I was wearing it as it stayed in place all day long. I wear a large shirt, and a small size fits perfect, I had to upsize my jersey to a large to fit over it. I took plenty of roost to test it out, my goggles took the L for the day needing now a new lense. for reference I am 5'10" 160lbs medium shirts fit snug, large fit a little loose.

I feel very protected wearing this considering you get chest, back AND shoulder protection. It’s not hot or heavy at all, I literally can’t tell I’m wearing it.
