Purchased three of these chairs in the past. Good quality. Wanted to purchase another. Mistakingly Wrote the wrong name on the order form. After receiving it, I contacted the company asking about return of product to change the name. Response from company was 'no return on personalized item'. I was hoping they could just re screen the name. Very disappointed in customer services aspect; these are not inexpensive children's chairs.
