My 30 year old hacksaw is nothing fancy, but it’s come through for me on countless jobs. The funny thing is, in spite of it being adjustable to handle both 10 and 12 inch blades, I’ve only used 10 inch until now. I decided to check these blades out on a small job and they performed as expected.I modified a desktop scissor arm monitor stand to mount it instead on in-wall bookshelves to make a music stand that sits behind an electric keyboard but can be swung out of the way to access the shelve books behind it (you probably have to see it to make sense of it).I needed to shorten the metal stand base by about 5 inches. It’s a hollow tube about an inch in diameter.The 12 inch blade fit both blade mounts on my saw and tightened up easily and securely. If you use this length of hacksaw you know the trick is to get and keep the blade straight, otherwise you risk jamming.I normally run the sides of my hack blade over a big chunk of candle wax I’ve had for years. I have commercial blade lube I use on my band saw but it just seems easily to grab that piece of wax.I deliberately left this new blade “dry†out of the pack and was pleased to feel and hear little in the way of squeaks and friction. Like they say, “Let the tool do the workâ€, the cut was smooth and fast and the blade remained relatively cool to the touch afterwards. I also found having that extra length to work with opened up my arm movement a bit.Bottom Line: quality product, works well.

These worked well and had no issues. They seem to last as long as the average blade from the typical brands. There are higher end blades out there, but you will pay a lot more for them. For the average user these are going to work just fine. At about a buck a blade these are pretty good.

These blades cut galvanized pipe almost as good and fast as the blades I buy from the blue hardware store. They fit the same and they stay in place when in use. What sets them apart is the price. It's not a machine so for me I'd rather get many at a lower price. If they go bad, I'll simply replace them. I know for the $10 I pay for these 10 blades, that's $1 per blade vs $13 for 6 blades. And they can be had for less at the red and white store, but these will be brought right to your door and I really like the idea of shopping from home.

These are handy in my toolbox as I go through many saw blades quickly. The blades are not topnotch durable - they are about average. I use them hard so they are wornout pretty quickly. As a consumable item I think they passed my test.

I discovered this brand initially when looking for circular saw blades, and those performed well. Since then, I've gotten a number of different types and sizes of blades from this brand, and they've all performed well. Hacksaw blades are a new offering from them, at least as far as I know. These came in a nice, sturdy plastic container to protect them. They are nice and sharp, and cut well. I'd get these again for sure, especially since the price per blade is low.

These are a 10pack of standard hacksaw blades. They work as they should I have used one out of the pack for cutting some bolts and cut them just fine. The price was great and just under a dollar a blade. The pack comes in a plastic tube to store in ones tool box. These should last me a good long time.

A good collection for the tool box. I won't run out of blades for a while. Easy to replace.
