This is a beautiful hook rail. The construction is solid and the finish is smooth. The hooks are sturdy and I love that they have the little pilltops on them as they are easier on the clothing fabric, especially if the clothes are more heavyweight.

Looks beautiful, but screw hole covers won't fit in the hole. They are too big. I have yet to sand down and fit in the holes, but we tried a lot to get them to fit without sanding them.

I removed the towel rod in the bathroom since it only holds one towel. These hooks were easy to hang and now I have amply towel hanging space! I even did a little staining on the wood to give me a better match to my woodwork in the bathroom.

Very nice. I used some heavy duty wood screws we had instead of the ones provided, and this thing is sturdy! Currently hanging a big purse, a backpack, leash, and three winter coats on ours.

First received a damaged item (bottom right corner was smashed) - returned and received ANOTHER damaged item (this one not as bad). I decided to just deal with the second one rather than return. It had a slight chip in the finish and one corner was pushed in slightly. When installing I noticed that the included mounting hardware had issues. The included screws were too small for the included anchor so when screwing them in, the anchor did not grab the screw. I had to find larger screws and use them. Once installed, I noticed the anchors are poor quality too and I am questioning whether it will hold the stated weight limitations. Overall, I wish I would have gone with a different product.

I love it! Sturdy construction, beautiful style. We are using it as a towel hook in our bathroom. Works well since more than 2 people use that bathroom and it allows for all of the towels to hang and dry.
