This lace set is awesome! Comes with two lace sets one white set and one black set. Always good to have an extra pair in the bag incase of breakage or over usage. ALSO, this is the perfect combo between waxed and non waxed laces. Would highly recommend these to players at all skills level!

These laces are great for adult skates, a little long for youth skates. They are nice and think and won't break. The ends are sturdy, but still just a plastic end cap. I would get these again.

Very happy being able to customize both white and black laces (one of each) on my skates. Perfect for roller derby.

That's right. I'm not a hockey player, or a running enthusiast that needs the perfect laces. But I did need laces to thread through the top of pants I had. The old lace broke and then the pants were worthless. These were perfect. Just the right thickness, strength, length, and fit the original space like they were made for it. I spent a long time trying to find some sort of string that would do the job. I gave these laces and try and am glad I did. All you do is stick one end with a safety pin, close it, thread it through the hole (maybe gathering the material now and then), until it comes out the other end.Thank you for this great product and its alternative use!

I had some ice skates that needed new laces, not hockey skates. I went with the 96" length. The length for the size 8 skates was too long but fine, not long enough that I feel like they are going to be a tripping hazard since we are recreational skaters, but long enough that I do need to tie them extra.These are very nice shoelaces, strong and good tips. I had a black pair and a white pair of skates that needed laces, so this set was perfect.

Very wide lace. Not poor quality, but can be hard to pull through.It does give an awesome look to the skate once in place though.

While these are made for hockey skates, I used them for my Riedell Quads roller skates. They were a little long, but I wrapped them around the top of the boot for added support. You get two pairs, a set of white with black specs and a pair of black with white specs. They are thick and seem very durable. These are great laces for a great price!For those of you keeping score, here is the breakdown:Durability- APracticality- AEffectiveness- AValue- AOverall Grade: A
